We have a "Current" and "Future" Focus. Initially we help clients get their systems right to obtain meaningful reports. This entails Installation, Training on XERO, MYOB and other systems. We help a client see their "Current Financial Position" by producing monthly management reports. This includes profit and loss, cashflows, healthchecks, budgets. We can then work with you to show a reasonably achievable "Future" position for growth, greater profit or exit using a number of key financial drivers. We concentrate on profits and cash flow. We leave tax and tax Compliance issues to the Tax accountants. When was the last time your year end tax accountant was in your Office?
